This year’s National Custom Builders Council meeting took place in Tampa, Florida, the hometown of NCBC member Jay Fechtel of The Fechtel Company.
Over the course of three days, this group of custom builders from non-competing markets across the country met to share their experience and best practices regarding a variety of industry topics.
This meeting was particularly unique because second generation members of NCBC companies were invited to attend and share best practices as well. Their meetings were held separately and covered topics such as Green Building & Sustainability Initiatives, Web Marketing, Human Resources & Team Development, Project Controls (scheduling, budgeting), etc.
Much thanks to our gracious hosts and to all those that attended!
