This year’s National Custom Builders Council meeting was hosted by NCBC member Cory Childress of Evan-Talan Homes in Kansas City, MO. Once again project managers, superintendents, and construction managers were invited to attend the four-day event made up of workshops, distinguished speakers, and job site visits. As with each NCBC meeting, our team comes back refreshed and inspired to better ourselves as custom homebuilders. Topics of particular interest to the participants this year were: using project management software to streamline the construction process for builder, clients, and designers alike, best practices in online marketing, and new industry estimating tools and software.
